I’m a proud Woodville, Ohio native, raised my 3 beautiful children (Tori, Hunter & Kamarinn) in the quaint small village of Elmore and currently reside in the small metropolis of Genoa with my husband Matt and our chocolate lab Moses.
My journey started out solely liquidating home and business contents starting in 2015: hence Kelli & Company Estate Sales. Many of my clients often asked if I could sell the home or estate as well. Once I saw the demand for this, I completed my classes and earned my Ohio Real Estate License and immediately joined the Key Realty Brand.

My name is Kamarinn Wellman and I’m ecstatic about being a part of the real estate world.
